From the main highway A1 take the city's main entrance Roma Nord(if coming from Florence) than continue until the exit 'Settebagni' in the city centre direction (Centro) for at least 10km. Continuing always straight ahead, follow the indication for 'Piazza di Spagna' (Spanish Steps). By car the only access to the city centre is from 'Lungotevere' riverside going towards 'Piazza Augusto Imperatore' and taking 'Via Vittoria'. Then turn the first street on the right, authorized up to the corner of 'Via dei Condotti'.
If coming from the main highway A1 from the southern area (from Naples) take the exit Roma SUD and continue until you reach the exit of Rome's main ring-road G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare) in the direction 'Fiumicino Airport'. Once on the GRA exit for EUR and follow the directions 'City Centre - piazza di Spagna' up to 'Lungotevere' as indicated above.
